I decided to try CrossFit after years of training in a regular weight room. I was looking for something new, something intense and more challenging- CrossFit was the perfect remedy.
I’ve been a strength coach since college, and it wasn’t long after starting CrossFit that I knew I wanted to pursue coaching it. I coach this sport because I love helping athletes find their next level of intensity and push themselves out of their comfort zone. It’s inspiring to me, as a coach, to see the confidence boost that can happen in people in a matter of 60 minutes.
Outside of the gym, I spend the majority of my time outdoors with my husband and two crazy kiddos.
