If beginning a journey with us is what you decide, you will have two options to pick from to become a member of our community:
On-Ramp — Our On-Ramp is four 1-On-1 courses led by our experienced coaching staff. At the end of the On-Ramp, you will be proficient at the fundamental CrossFit movements, with increased strength plus endurance and cardio prepared for our full Crossfit regime’s intensity.
1-On-1 Coaching — If slow and steady just isn’t your speed, then the One on One option is for you. One of our experienced coaches will take you through 5 sessions designed to teach you the fundamental CrossFit movements and prepare your body for a full CrossFit class.
Upon completing onboarding, a coach will review and discuss all of the details of your experience as you finish your final introductory session.

“I love this gym. Not just because I get a great workout but because of the friendly atmosphere created by members and owners. It’s not completely CrossFit kool-aid as some CrossFit gyms are. You wont get lectured about Paleo and Rich Froning. This is sort of an unusual CrossFit gym where you’re more likely to hear people talk about their bench press than their Fran time. Unheard of at most CF gyms.
