Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner
CrossFit Khrusos Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Sarah Bouse, FNTP, specifically looks at the entire body and its interconnectedness to provide each client with effective and personalized results.
Sarah aims to find the root cause of chronic symptoms, whether heartburn, bloating, mood swings, hormonal issues, anxiety, depression, addiction, weight gain, autoimmune disorders, or other chronic symptoms. The nutritional therapist will investigate to find the underlying issue and determine a solution.
Sarah works with each client, one-to-one, and in groups to help educate, empower, and assist them in their journey to health.
No one body is the same, and the expert practitioner knows this and is prepared to guide you through every step of your journey. Together, Sarah learns about your health goals, develop plans to reach, and expertly guides you to achieve these goals.
As a FNTP, Sarah works with clients to help them tap into their bodies’ innate intelligence to determine any functional weaknesses. As a team, you will work together to address these weaknesses through diet, lifestyle changes, and supplementation to bring the body back into balance and restore foundational health.
Additional charges will apply.
“Great small town CrossFit box. If you are looking for a family friendly environment with a little friendly daily competition, Khrusos is for you. Don’t get lost in the hype and large classes at other large boxes, smaller classes mean more one on one training without the intimidation. Travis and his coaches can accommodate any fitness level. Down to earth people getting great results from tough workouts with a few laughs along the way. Give it a try.”
“I love this community. I’ve been attending crossfit classes at Khrusos for 3 months now and I’m so glad I dropped in when I did. Just one class is all it took. I’ve felt welcomed and encouraged since day one. The coaches are attentive and the members are so positive and kind. I highly recommend crossfit khrusos to anyone that wants to try crossfit for the first time, or if you’re a crossfitter looking for a box with a community that feels like home.”
“Dropped in for a class while visiting family in the area. Travis was my coach, very welcoming and attentive. I took a class with a bunch of real friendly people too, I hope to drop in again later this summer. Thanks for the hospitality and I’ll be sure to stick around for coffee afterwards!”
“Best gym ever! People are friendly and encouraging! Owner truly cares about the people!”
“Fantastic place to workout at all skill levels. I was 6 month post partum and nervous about my capability to keep up but the staff and memebers are so encouraging! We push eachother and hold one another accountable! So thankful I checked this place out.”
“I love this gym. Not just because I get a great workout but because of the friendly atmosphere created by members and owners. It’s not completely CrossFit kool-aid as some CrossFit gyms are. You wont get lectured about Paleo and Rich Froning. This is sort of an unusual CrossFit gym where you’re more likely to hear people talk about their bench press than their Fran time. Unheard of at most CF gyms.
I’ve also made some great friends that I hang out with outside of the gym on the weekends. Come try it.”
